Summary of Position 职位概述: Lead local sourcing activity. Principal Accountabilities主要职责： 1. Develop and optimize the supplier base for the assigned products, 2. Evaluate supplier capability, 3. Evaluate quote, analyze cost and select the suppliers, 4. Work with supplier on quality control process, solve the technical issues with the supplier, interface with quality team to push vendor to improve quality yield, 5. Cross Function team work with local design, logistic team to implement NPI, 6. Set up cost analysis system for A parts to ensure correct price, 7. Interface with commodity team to consolidate same commodity for better price and service, 8. Keep continue management to ensure partner relationship with key vendors, 9. Reach cost target, 10. Sourcing strategy to achieve sourcing goal. Job Requirement 岗位要求 Education and Training Required ：教育背景和所受培训： 1. Bachelor degree in Engineering majors, 2. At least 5-6 years sourcing experience in metal/ mechanical products, 3. Familiar with U.S. material and engineering standards, 4. Experience with international terms of trade and payment, 5. Experience with ISO standards and quality certification processes, 6. Strong project management and problem solving skills, 7. Excellent English skills (spoken and written), 8.
