Principal Accountabilities: 1. Assist Admin Supervisor with routine, 2. Oversea & domestic customers & officers reception, 3. Perform varied clerical and administrative duties, 4. In charge of numbers of reports required , 5. Perform strong communication and coordination at all levels, 6. Effectively manage multiple critical and confidential tasks in a professional manner, 7. Use independent judgement to resolve problems and determine when executive action is needed, often supplying a recommendation if appropriate. 8. Perform other related duties as required. Experience and Training Required to Perform Job: 1. Bachelor degree with major in English or Public Relationship, 2. nice personality, 3. 2 years’ relevant working experience in a multinational corporation is preferred, 4. Good communication & coordination skill, 5. Strong team work and initiative, 6. Be able to work efficiently under pressure. 7. Good command of English & Chinese, both in spoken and written. 8. Good computer skills, especially Excel, MS Office, PPT.
