Job Description: 1. Responsible for conceptual and functional design of the Mobile Service Assurance and Fulfillment deployments. 2. Overall OSS solution architect. 3. Align and integrate all OSS with related business processes. (Fault Management, Change & Configuration Management, Preventive Maintenance, Performance Management, Field Work Order Management, Inventory Management, Service Management, Service Provisioning and Activation etc.) 4. Participate in and drive design sessions to prescribe the appropriate functional and software architectures that fundamentally define the business logic with vendors and with internal development resources. 5. Create and maintain the Project Scope & Timeline, Use Cases, Interface Specifications, Functional Requirements Document and User Training Material. 6. Must have ability to interact with all levels of management, be able to present multidimensional solutions to problems at an executive level, be delivery focused and able to support all the development/delivery project architecture needs from the analysis phase through implementation phase.  Job Requirements: 1. 7+ Yrs experience within a large Telco OSS environment. 2. Strong knowledge on Telecom network technologies in wireless area. 3. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skill. 4. Must have a solid foundation in OSS applications and functionality, hands-on experience in software delivery and integration and a deep understanding of network technology and OSI model. 5. PM Experience is a must. 6. NGOSS/eTOM certified is preferred. 7. Practical Experience in industry product, such as Remedy, NetCool, InfoVista, Maximo etc., is an advantage. 8. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English. Able to speak average Mandarin.
